Blue Moon II Choose an image and open it in Picture Publisher 8, I used my Autumn Moon image
Click "Image" on the toolbar
(Choose) Convert To = greyscale
Image: Convert To = RGB
Map Map: Contrast/Brightness = Joystick
Contrast = 40 Brightness = 0, OK
Map: Hue Shift Hue Shift = 206 Saturation Shift = 100% Lightness Shift = 0 OK (You can adjust the color range from a lighter shade 197 to this shade 206 or slightly darker if you wish - or move up or down to completely change the color)
After the image has been changed to the desired color you are finished. You can then add an effect if you wish. Below is how to add SPG Web Tools Pro "Flare FX Renderer"
Open SPG Web Tools Pro, choose Flare fx renderer (This will open a window over the image you are working on)
From the Flare FX Window choose the Flare file = choose desired flare, I chose highlight_simple.lfr, open the file
Set the color of the flare to any color you like, I chose a shade of blue close to the image - This image already had a white star in it so I centered the flare over the white star
Adjust the Angle setting to 40, leave the Size at 50 and Intensity at 100 leave the other setting at the default, click the 3D button to render the image, click OK to set the flare on the image.
That's it. If you like the double star effect chose the same flare again, set the color, and leave the angle at 0 for the star-cross effect.
